Oetz. The Valley of Ötztal. Hochoetz Ski Complex, 2,025 m

Someone will probably be offended or angry if we call the valley of Ötztal a ski mecca. Such a place, perhaps, has its own one for every admirer of this lesson. However, it is impossible not to admire the valley and its opportunities for skiers.

Let’s start with simple figures: First, the length of the valley is 65 kilometers. Secondly, it is surrounded by 250 three-thousanders. No one has probably even tried to count ski slopes, kilometers of trails of different levels of complexity, or square kilometers of, ideal for freeride, snowy virgin lands.

As they say, there are many mountains in other places, but not all of them have ideal conditions for skiing. The ideal snow lies here, from November to April. You can ski on glaciers all year round.
