Schönberg-Lachtal. Ski Resort Panorama

Again, this is an Austrian ski resort’s panoramic camera, which films ski slopes from a bird’s eye view. We are going to have a look at the trails and ski lift of Lachtal Resort. The mountains here are quite gentle, so basically newcomers come to this area.

In the picture, we can see several funiculars running in different parts of the resort. The first thing in the picture is Schönberg 6er-Schaukel cableway, whose top station is built right on top of Schönberg Mountain. Then, the camera smoothly turns to the north, covering other ski areas, as well as the resort’s artificial mountain lake.

Right under the flying camera is one of the local attractions, Tanzstattkapelle, a wooden chapel built in 1865, at an altitude of 1,907 meters above sea level. It is not in very good condition, but tourists readily stop next to it and carefully study the old building.
