The Gamering lift is built on the slopes of Wurzeralm, to the west of the mountain railway station of the same name. The 4-seater cars of this funicular cover the 900-meter journey in 6 minutes, rising 230 meters.

In 2001, next to Gamering, another lift, called Junior Jet, was built especially for children. Of course, it is not easy for the youngest tourists to get used to the ropeway, but building a more complex structure in such a small area is simply not practical.

The panoramic camera shows us both of these lifts, behind which the slopes of the Dead Mountains are visible. The Dead Mountains is a mountain range with peaks over 2.2 kilometers above sea level. On the tops of the Dead Mountains is the border of Upper Austria and Styria.

Behind the ropeways, the chairs of another lift, Frauenkar, rise toward the Dead Mountains. It was built in 1987, but the most fascinating trails of Wurtseralm begin from its top station.
