Wildschönau. Open Pool

In the summer months, Alpine ski resorts try to attract the attention of tourists not only with walking trails, but also with other entertainment. This camera is installed in the tourist center, where there are tennis courts, a football pitch, a volleyball ground and a number of sports facilities and attractions. On the screen, we can see two large swimming pools between which a water slide is built.

The total area of the basins is about 1,000 square meters. A huge inflatable crocodile swims along the pool (it can even be seen on satellite images), which is always ready to be ridden by young tourists. For the youngest children, there is a separate pool with a playground.

The swimming pool is open from early May until mid-September. An adult ticket costs € 4.70, and a child’s ticket costs € 3.30. If you live nearby, you can buy a season ticket for the whole family for € 138.50. Next to the pool is Freibad Café, with a summer terrace.

In the background of the image are several apartments in which anyone can stay. Among them is Haus Sonnenrose, with rooms from € 30 per day.
