Jelsa. The Quay

This webcam is located in the beautiful town of Jelsa, on the Croatian island of Hvar in the Adriatic Sea.

People in this region have been occupied within navigation since the middle ages. In the 19-th century, sea traffic and shipbuilding started to develop rapidly and created perfect conditions for significant growth of prosperity of Jelsa itself.

The quay showed by this webcam is still an important meeting place for local fishermen and visitors.
