Murter. Marina Nautika Murter

In front of us is the marina of the Croatian resort of Murter, located on the northern shores of the island of the same name. The camera is installed in the service center of Marina Nautika Murter, which has been operating in this town for more than 35 years. Owners of vessels up to 15 meters in length can get qualified assistance and repairs in this center.

On the screen, we can see the equipped T-shaped jetty with cranes and several berths. In the background of the image, in clear weather, three islands in the Gulf of Murter are clearly visible — Vinik veli, Vinik mali, and Tegina. The depth of the sea next to these islands is no more than 1.5 meters, so large ships try to leave Hramina Marina between Cape Murter and Tegina Island.

In the summer months, Murter is crowded, although the local population is only 5,000 people. The resort became popular due to its pier, where ships come from the mainland, as well as beaches located on different sides of the bay.

In the left part of the image, there are more piers northwest of Murter. The largest of them is Marina Vinici. Hotels and restaurants for tourists are built next to them.
