Pula. The Golden Gate

This webcam is located in Pula, one of the largest cities of Croatia. Camera’s objective captures the famous “Golden Gate”, also known as The Triumphal Arch of the Sergi. It is hard to believe that The Golden Gate is about 2000 years old and was erected between the years 29 and 27 before Christ.

Today this place has become an important meeting place for people of Pula. Different cultural performances and theatrical events are held on the square near the Arch. The adjacent street of the beautiful Old Town is a popular shopping area.
