Vitkovice. A Mountain Slope

This webcam is located in the beautiful small village of Vitkovice, which lies hidden somewhere in the Krkonoše Mountains. This village has lately become a quite popular winter holiday destination thanks to nearby mountains and perfect ecology situation.

Actually, the entire region of the Krkonoše Mountains attracts thousands of people on all-year-round basis. In the summer time, tourists come here to enjoy mountain hiking and biking in the beautiful green mountains. During the long winter season, numerous alpine villages in the mountains fills up with enthusiasts of alpine skiing and snowboarding. Separate tracks for cross-country skiing are also available, by the way.
