The camera is installed at the foot of Mount Zugspitze and directed towards the lower stations of the cableway, Eibsee-Seilbahn. Now, on the shores of Lake Eibsee is another cableway, which should unload the old lift operating here since 1963.

In addition to a large parking lot for visitors and cabins, rising to the highest peak of Germany, we can see other alpine mountains. Vacationers who come to the lake throughout the year can stay in a hotel on the shores of Lake Eibsee and enjoy the beautiful nature on the border of Austria and Germany.

Just behind the lift station is Eibsee-Hotel, where a room is $145 per night. Right outside the hotel there are several marinas from which you can start your boat trips across the crystal clear lake, Eibsee.
