Greifswald. The River Rick
The seaside town of Greifswald is famous not only for its beaches on the shores of the Gulf of the Baltic Sea but also for the Rick River, which you can see on the screen. The river is interesting because of its proximity to the sea and its salty soils, which come from the Baltic Sea.
The old Hanseatic port is an open-air museum and a port at the same time. As you can see, small yachts and boats are moored in the center of Greifswald. The port has an ancient bridge, which is still in a good condition.
The camera is installed close to several city attractions, such as the University of Greifswald, Town Hall, St. Mary’s Church and the Port Museum. Tourists enjoy visiting the old town with medieval monuments and the port with its century-old boats.
