Selva di Val Gardena. Dantercepies Ski Resort

This is another resort in the Italian province of Bolzano, built in the Dolomites. This time we are looking at the slopes of Dantercepies. Due to the fact that the camera is installed on one of the highest points of the Dantercepies, we can see the full panorama of the resort.

This resort has a rich history, as the first ski slopes were built here in 1949. Since then, the cableways and the entire infrastructure of the resort have been upgraded several times. Dantercepies has to compete with the neighboring slopes of the popular ski complex, Val Gardena. A three-hour ticket to the Dantercepies lift costs 20 euros, in comparison to 32 euros for a half-day ride in Val Gardena.

From the top station of the Cir lift, we can see not only the ski runs and villages at the foot of the mountain, but also famous Brunecker Turm and Sella Towers.
