Venice. Westin Europa & Regina. View of the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore

As you probably know, Venice consists of several islands, each with its own zest. This webcam on the facade of the Westin Europa & Regina hotel, located on the Grand Canal just west of St. Mark’s Square, is directed towards San Giorgio Maggiore Island, a small but beautiful one.

From here, you can see the Cathedral of San Giorgio Maggiore with its white facade and its brick bell tower. These buildings did not have the simplest fate. However, at the moment, they are restored and are part of the magnificent architectural ensemble of one of the most beautiful Venetian islands.
