View from the building of Gosenjaku Hotel, located on the bank of the river in the Chūbu-Sangaku National Park. This area has some of the world`s most impressive highland areas and includes most of the Kita-Alps Northern Alps, Chu-Alps, and Southern Alps.

The webcam shows torii (in the foreground) and the beautiful mountains (in the background). Torii is a traditional Japanese gate, that symbolically marks the transition from the profane to the sacred and is a traditional part of many of the Japanese views.
