Camperduin. Panoramic Camera on the Coast

The Netherlands village of Camperduin, which has a population of just 150 inhabitants, is located 12 kilometers from the city of Alkmaar. This North Sea resort is mainly for the local population, so a Dutch interpreter would probably be necessary for foreign visitors. Local people are very friendly, but they do not speak English.

In Camperduin, there are several restaurants and cafes where you can taste local cuisine (mainly fish caught by local fishermen not far from the coast). It’s a snap to rent an apartment, a villa or a hotel room; a suitable offer can be found both locally and on the internet in advance.
