Daugavpils. Unity Square

This webcam faces Unity Square in Daugavpils, which is the second largest city of Latvia, after the capital. It lies in the southeastern part of the country, not far from the border with Lithuania. Our webcam is located in the Park Hotel Latgola, where average room price is about 50 euro.

Unity Square is the heart of Daugavpils. Unity House, Dubrovina Park, The Daugavpils Theatre, Latvian Culture Centre, Latgale Central Library, Daugavpils Tourism Information Centre, cafes and restaurants are located here. Unity Square is the most important city venue for cultural events and festivities.

We can also observe the building of the Daugavpils University, one of the largest universities of Latvia.
