Biscoitos. Ocean View

If the name of the Portuguese village reminds you of the cookies, it is for a reason. They say that the frozen lava flows in a shape which reminds one of the pastries, so the name Biscoitos was given to the settlement.

One of the main attractions of Biscoitos are the vineyards, the vines of which are protected from temperature changes at night by basalt walls, accumulating heat from the sun during the day.
