Terskol. The Azau Meadow. Alpine Ski Lift

The Azau Meadow is a resort village at the foot of beautiful Mount Elbrus. It is located at the altitude of 2300 metres above sea level and features good tourist infrastructure with plenty of hotels for any type of accommodation, restaurants for every need and budget, as well as several sport rental offices.

Buildings are set up on both sides of the local skiing slope. Many tourists prefer to stay here and do not want to waste their time on transfers back and forth.

The Azau Meadow is a modern ski resort on the slopes of Elbrus. In 2006 French Company POMA built here a new gondola lift, which goes parallel to the older cableway.

Accommodation prices in local hotels vary from 800 RUR per night to dozen thousands for an exclusive and luxury suit.
