Singapore. Fountain of Wealth

This webcam captures the famous Fountain of Wealth, located in Suntec City, one of Singapore’s shopping malls, and listed by the Guinness Book of Records in 1998. It is really very impressive when the question comes to its size. The fountain occupies area of 1683 square metres, its height is 13.8 metres with ring circumference of 66 metres.

The Fountain of Wealth was built strictly according to feng-shui ideology. The five tower blocks, surrounding it, represent the fingers and thumb of a left hand appearing from the ground. Water, falling back into the palm, symbolizes power of life and wealth.

Several times during each day the fountain is turned off and people can walk around the small fountain. It is believed that it brings good luck. If you have time, come back to this place at night and enjoy the beautiful laser show and live music.
