Škofja Loka. Stari vrh Ski Resort. Lower Lift Station

Stari vrh Ski Resort is located 35 kilometers to the northwest of the Slovenian capital. We are looking at one of the lower stations of the cableway. The modern chair lift, with heated seats, began to work in 2007.

There are almost 2 kilometers of difficult trails for the pros, while average skiers can use a 6-kilometer piste and one can train, while gaining skills on the simplest routes, which are 4 kilometers long.

Stari vrh is surrounded by small settlements, so you can rent anything from a hotel room to a real village house.

In summer, the ski resort, Stari vrh, turns into a real sports center. Recreational facilities include walking paths, bicycle routes, paragliding, hang-gliding, cross-country tracks, a tennis court, a basketball court, a football field and much more.
