Chiang Mai. Nawarat Bridge over the Ping River

The cities of Thailand often stand on rivers, so a bridge is one of the most important structures in any city. Not much money is spent on the architecture, but the face of the city changes after the construction of a bridge. That’s why roads over the water in Thailand do not look bright but are very nice, such as the Nawarat Bridge, which we can see from the windows of The Chiang Mai Christian School.

This is the Ping River in Chiang Mai, located in the province of the same name in Thailand. Rim Ping Condominiums, built next to Nakhon Phing Bridge, stand out in the urban landscape. We can see them in the background.

To the left, in the background of the city, are the peaks of Doysuthep Mountain where a Buddhist temple, famous all over the country, stands in Doi Suthep-Pui National Park.
