The camera is in one of the shopping centers, built along Highway 402. This transport artery is important for Phuket and connects the island’s capital with the mainland of Thailand. Due to rapid development, the region’s roads in Phuket are constantly being upgraded.
On this stretch of road, in early 2016, there was only a pair of traffic lanes in each direction and the broad zone between the opposing flows. Now we see an increase in the number of lanes and narrow bumpers in the middle of the road.
There are many offices and shops on the opposite side of the highway. For example, on the right side, a big signboard SM (SiamMileage) is located at the office of the travel agency and most of the shops that we can see, sell auto parts and accessories for cars.
