Frostburg. View of Mount Davis
This is a lovely view of the nature from the suburb of Frostburg. The camera is looking in the direction of the state of Pennsylvania and features several natural American beauties, such as Mount Davis, Meadow, and Negro. We can also see Piney Run Road and a barely noticeable radio tower.
The city of Frostburg is best known for its university, where students from Maryland as well as the entire United States study. For more than a century, many celebrities graduated from the university, including NASA astronaut Robert Richard “Ricky” Arnold II and the iconic journalist James Wolcott.
But we are most interested in Mount Davis, which is the highest point of Pennsylvania. Its height is 979 meters. In winter, the paths in these mountains turn into popular ski slopes, and in summer it is pleasant to organize picnics and walks in the woods.
