Southport. Sharks at Cape Fear

We are at the Atlantic Ocean. Here, 55 kilometers off the coast of North Carolina, we can watch the life of sharks. The camera is installed under the Frying Pan beacon. An underwater webcam performs an important educational function.

At night, you can’t see anything in the water, but during the day, we can see a unique picture, sharks swimming.

The closest point to the camera is Cape Fear. At the beginning of the 16th century, the first navigator who came to this cape was an Italian, Giovanni da Verrazzano.
