Rafina is a town situated on the eastern coast of Attica. The city port lies at the Aegean sea. There are ferry connections to islands Lesbos, Hydra, Andros, Lemnos, Naxos, Mykonos, Paros, Amorgos and Tinos.
It is a sea resort with beautiful beaches, hotels, restaurants and taverns where you can taste fresh local seafood. The place is very popular among tourists in summer time.
When it comes to cultural program you can choose, for example, between Athens (about one hour drive) and the famous town of Marathon.
