Hinterstoder. View of Hutterer Böden
This is one of the cameras of the Austrian ski resort, Hinterstoder. It is installed at the station, Hirschkogelbahn, located at an altitude of 1,645 meters above sea level. The camera shows a panorama from the northwest to the northeast.
The Hinterstoder zone is primarily known as the venue for the World Ski Championships. With a height difference from 2,000m to 600m, the slopes have 40 km of trails laid for athletes with different levels of training. For experienced skiers, there is also a championship racing track.
In the background, when the camera looks strictly to the north, you can see Hutterer Bezden, one of the most popular stations in the ski resort.
In the summer, the surroundings of Mount Höss and the resort village of Hinterstoder turn into a mecca for paragliders.
