On the ski slopes of the Austrian resort, Obertauern, there are a huge number of cameras, however the community itself can rarely be seen live. But, thanks to this broadcast, potential travelers can see the infrastructure of the village, and not just the surrounding mountains.

The camera is set in a narrow place in the Tauern Valley in the four-star Hotel Römerhof. At the height of the ski season, prices reach 300 euros per night, so the Römerhof is not a cheap accommodation. But, unlike cheaper hotels, Römerhof has various spas, an indoor pool, saunas and baths, as well as other services.

The hotel’s viewing camera is directed to the west. Here, we can see the traffic in Römerstrasse, bridges across this road, several stations of the cable cars of the resort, as well as Alpine lodges, most of which are for rent.

Rare for Europe, large open parking lots near the road are quite appropriate for such a provincial resort because parking is built right at the bottom cable car stations, for the convenience of tourists.
