St. Anton am Arlberg. Galzig Station

A flying panoramic camera shows the station of the famous cableway Galzigbahn. From 1937 to 1964, the upper station of this lift was 100 meters higher than the modern one. Today, cable cars from St. Anton am Arlberg rise to a height of 2,086 meters, traveling the 2.5 kilometer distance in just 9 minutes.

Thanks to this camera, you can see how busy the ski resort tracks are. It should be noted that even on the busiest days, vacationers do not interfere with each other on the wide slopes of St. Anton am Arlberg.

It is also interesting to look at the resort in the summer, when dirt roads appear from under the snow. Along them, tourists either walk from the upper stations of the ski lifts, or they go up the mountain from the community itself.

The camera rotates almost 360 degrees, so the high Alpine peaks and the Rosanna Valley, on which the village of St. Anton am Arlberg is built, are also seen.
