Zauchensee. Panorama of the Ski Resort
We are rising into the air above the Austrian resort of Zauchensee. You can see the ski runs and the natural beauty of the Schwarzkopf slopes, from a bird’s eye view. The flying camera shows the wide routes, which can be used by both professionals and amateur tourists.
Zauchensee ski resort is called a ski paradise, because of all the conveniences for a comfortable stay. The eight-person cabins of the funicular quickly deliver tourists to the top of the mountain, and the cableway is built within walking distance of the main hotels of the community.
The cheapest rooms in local hotels cost only 46 euros per day (for a remote mountain village, it’s quite an acceptable price). It is difficult to visit all the advantages of the resort within one day, but if you are short of time, a one-time ski pass can be bought for € 52. For fans of skiing, there is an excellent offer for the whole season, an annual subscription is € 550 – € 700, depending on the selected ski areas.
