Saint-Valery-en-Caux. Port

Saint-Valery-en-Caux, a fishing port in the north-west of France, was founded on the site of an ancient monastery in the VII century. In the Middle Ages, the port gradually handed over its positions, because fishing was quickly developing in the nearest town of Fécamp. Now Saint-Valery-en-Caux is considered to be a prestigious seaside town to live in.

The tourism industry is very developed — a water park and a casino have been built, also sailboat and powerboat trips are the main schtick here.

The port is located in the harbor, where the boats of any length, from 5 to 20 meters, can be “parked”. In addition to the rental service of boats and the possibility to moor your own boat here, the port provides services for refueling, provision of drinking water and maintenance of water transport.
