Wissant is a resort town, so on the other side of the lake you can see motorhomes, trailers, and tents of resort guests. The English Channel coast has become popular with windsurfers coming here from all over the country. But this resort attracts not only athletes. During low tide, water moves almost a kilometer away from the coast and hundreds of tourists like walking along the sandy bottom of the strait.

In the background, we can see Le Gri Ne, built on Cap Gri-Ne, as well as Cap CRIS Nez lighthouse, built in the middle of the last century. We can also see a cape in the distance; it is the closest point to the UK in France.
