Berchtesgaden. Panorama
Berchtesgaden is a stunningly cozy town, surrounded by an amazingly beautiful natural landscape. Although Hitler was not a good person, he apparently had good taste, since he chose this place as his residence.
By the way, the tea house on top of Kehlstein, built specifically for the Fuhrer of the Third Reich, is open to tourists, but not for free.
Berchtesgaden is also a popular ski resort. The difference in heights here is 1,200 meters. The total length of the trails is 40 kilometers, divided equally between the red and blue descents, and served by 30 lifts.
