The camera of the German ski resort of Jennerbahn is directed towards the Berchtesgaden Alps. We can see the majestic mountain, Hoes Brett. The data about its height differs. German sources say it is 2340 meters above sea level but, according to Austrian sources, it is 2338 meters above sea level. The border between Germany and Austria is along the top of the mountain.

The mountain climbing starts at Jennerbahn station, so tourists can overcome a significant part of the way from the nearest settlement of Schönau am Königssee by the cableway. It costs about 20 euros. Fans of mountain hiking should remember that the weather in the mountains is changeable, so even on warm summer days you should wear warm clothing.

In winter, visitors can buy a single ticket for 6 days and not pay for each raise. This ticket costs 130 euros.

There are other hiking trails at Mount Brett Hoes, but they are much more difficult and sometimes more dangerous than the path that begins from Jennerbahn station.
