Athens. Acropolis

This webcam is located in the historical center of the city, in front of the famous Acropolis of Athens, on the Plaka Hotel.

The Acropolis of Athens is an ancient fortress. It is located on a high rocky hill above the city of Athens and contains the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historic value. It is added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

From this side we can see the buildings of Erechtheion, Arrephorion and Sanctuary of Zeus Polieus.
