Kanazawa. Railway Station
Kanazawa Railway Station is one of the largest railway stations in Japan. It is operated by West Japan Railway Company and is believed to be one of the most beautiful railway stations in the country. Its glass dome of the Tsuzumi Entrance reminds a huge umbrella over a wooden zsuzumi, traditional Japanese drum instrument, and represents a pure architectural masterpiece.
From this station from March 2015 everyone can get to the capital city of Tokyo in 2 hours and 30 minutes with the help of a high-speed railway shinkansen. The old railway line runs along the new one, but on the right side.
