Vari. The Beach

The web camera shows the Vari beach on the south side of the Greek island of Syros. The agricultural village, which is eight kilometers from the largest town of Ermoupolis, has recently started developing as a tourist destination. Now its landscaped fields, gardens, and farmlands beautifully complement the sandy beaches of the Aegean sea.

Vari is located in a bay sheltered from wind and waves, perfect for children. Beach umbrellas, sun beds, and taverns that serve seafood are at tourists’ disposal. If you decide to take a walk East of the beach, get ready to meet naked people sunbathing on the rocks.
