Helsinki. Panoramic View over Vuosaari District

This webcam is located on the building of Cirrus, known as the second tallest structure of Finland. This is a high-rise cooperative apartment building with a height of 86 meters. It has 140 apartments located on 26 floors, and, additionally, two underground floors. Initially this project included a public observation terrace and a cafe, but later it was decided not to build them.

In the foreground, we can observe a huge shopping mall Columbus, which is directly linked to Vuosaaren metroasema metrostation. Both Cirrus and Columbus were built in 2006.

Beautiful Vuosaari neighborhood is located by the sea in East Helsinki and geographically represents the largest district in the city. Beach Aurinkolahden uimaranta, one of the popular recreation destinations within the bounds of Helsinki, is also situated here.
